The present conditions govern sales on the web sites of
THE MASCHERADE , www.themascherade.com
These conditions apply solely and exclude all other sales conditions, notably those applying to sales in retail outlets.
ARTICLE 1 - OFFER
Validity : The offers are valid during their presence on line.
ARTICLE 2 - ORDER - VALIDATION
Complete the order form and send it back with all references , price and quantities to mask@themascherade.com
When you click on the " confirm your order " button after having completed your order, you declare to have accepted the totality of the
present sales conditions.
The data registered by mask@themascherade.com constitutes the proof of the transactions passed between mask@themascherade.com and its clients.
All the prices are indicated in Euros and are fixed without VAT Taxes;
As soon as we receive your order you will be informed by e-mail of the total price (including transport ) ; the delivery rate depends on the
type of delivery chose n
ARTICLE 3 - AVAILABILITY
All products presented on the site are available but occasional stock shortages may occur.
In the case of a stock shortage you will be informed by e-mail within 2 days (working days).
You may then cancel your order, accept the delay or the replacement item proposed.
All our masks are unique because they are completely hand made ; this is the reason why it's not possible to realize several identical masks. We reserve the right to slightly modify the models from those shown on internet site
ARTICLE 4 - MONEY BACK GUARANTEE- PAYMENT CONDITIONS
- for order within France :
Your order is dispatched upon receipt of your cheque or cash on delivery
- for all international order :
Your order is dispatched only cash on delivery or by an international money order . Your option must be confirmed on the order .

Reglementary 15 day return delay
You dispose of a 15 day delay after delivery of your order to return it to us, in its original packing, and obtain a full refund.
During this delay, the guarantee is total : no justification will be required.
For all pre paid articles returned to us, the following rules apply :
the product is returned simply because you are not satisfied
the product is returned for reasons that are the responsibility of
THE MASCHERADE ,product and all shipping charges
We take all steps to ensure that our products and services give full satisfaction.
If you are not entirely satisfied we propose to reimburse the items concerned (except for items especially realized upon request of the client)
In order to allow us to process your request, please indicate name, first name, address, order date
ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY CHARGES
The delivery rate depends on the type of delivery chosen
1) Delivery within France
The fixed shipping rate depends on the type of delivery chosen :
Colissimo Suivi (La Poste) : shipping charge is 7 euros for one parcel
2) Delivery abroad
A fixed rate is charged by geographical zone AND for larger orders please contact us at mask@themascherade.com
ARTICLE 6 - PROCESSING AND SHIPPING DELAYS
For deliveries within France :
Orders are dispatched one day after your order is received and before 11 am (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
After dispatch, your order is delivered within : 48 Hours by Colissimo
These delays include only working days and exclude postal difficulties and stock shortages.
Delivery delays f or deliveries abroad :
May vary from country to country and time of the year, please feel free to contact us
THE MASCHERADE is not responsible for longer delivery delays.
ARTICLE 7 -CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES :
The rules are fixed by the European Union.
Our products are exclusive of French VAT
- DUTIES AND TAXES UPON DELIVERY AND IMPORTATION RESTRICTIONS
All eventual taxes and duties upon delivery are to be paid by consignee. These taxes and duties are not the responsibility of THE MASCHERADE
It is the clients responsibility to check with local authorities for eventual importation restrictions before ordering.
ARTICLE 8 - SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
We Are registered under CNIL .
We respect the professional code of ethics of the mail order profession as to the protection of personal data (version December 1993). In conformity with the law " informatique et libertés du 6 janvier 1978 ", you have the right to access all information about your person contained in our computer files. You have the right to request rectification of this data.
To exercise this right, simply make your request by email or by post indicating your name, first name, address .
ARTICLE 9 - LITIGATION
The present contract is covered by French law.
The dispositions of this contract do not deny overseas customers of the application of the rules covered by International conventions.Settlement of litigation :
